Framework : Product Design - UX - Service Design

The market share in digital wallets for Peru is growing in favor of private banks such as BCP, Interbank, Agora, Apple Pay, Mercado Pago, therefore, seeking to obtain a greater market share, this project was born.

Problem:

In Peru, mobile wallets are becoming the main means of payment in businesses, therefore, users use more applications.

Solution:

Correctly implement the minimum functionalities to not lose presence in the mobile wallet market.



In the Research stage we interviewed and meet the small and medium entrepreneur, interview them from 40min to 60min, with a minimum sample of 10 users, I conducted a total of 80 face-to-face and mobile interviews.





​​​​​​After the Research UX phase, the objective is to implement the digital wallet functionalities, therefore, the functionality of paying with QR from IZIPAY App devices, also sending money with only the DNI, in the same way, it was sought to implement the functionality of an immediate cash withdrawal.​​​​​​​








Within the improvement, 3 security steps were implemented to create an account or continue using the App, for cyber security reasons.

30 Tests were carried out with IZIPAY users, micro or small business users, with the aim of improving usability for the 3.0 update, in the same way, IZIPAY users were located in Lima, Cuzco, Iquitos, Arequipa.

Users were annoyed by a functionality with an additional cost, however, the immediate withdrawal functionality was rethought until it was accepted by users.
